Igor Build LTD acts as controller for the customer account, billing and support information described in our privacy policy. You determine the purpose and lawful basis for personal information that you place on your VPS.
When we act as a processor.
Where the service involves processing personal information on your behalf, contact us to agree a data processing agreement before uploading that information. This information page is not itself a signed data processing agreement.
What needs to be agreed.
- The subject, purpose, duration and nature of the processing.
- The categories of personal information and affected individuals.
- Your documented instructions and our confidentiality obligations.
- Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
- Subprocessors, processing locations and transfer safeguards.
- Assistance with rights requests, incidents and relevant assessments.
- Return or deletion of data at the end of the service.
- Information and audit arrangements demonstrating compliance.
Your part of the configuration.
You remain responsible for access controls, application security, lawful collection and use, data minimisation and independent backups. Choose a location compatible with your requirements and confirm any restrictions before ordering.
